• Delivered 24/7 support as part of the MSP team, providing reliable and critical cloud production on-call support during and outside working hours for over 10 different projects and customers, mainly banks and European institutions in the public sector in Luxembourg.
• Specialized in cloud platform operations across AWS and Azure; managed infrastructure upgrades, services, and day-to-day operations, resolving over 1,300 Jira tickets.
• Hands-on with Infrastructure as Code (IaC) using Terraform, Terragrunt, CloudFormation, CDK, and Ansible for change requests, cloud operations, and delivering scalable/secure cloud infrastructure deployments.
• Managed Kubernetes clusters (AKS/EKS), performing security patches (critical CVEs), infrastructure upgrades, and component updates to ensure high availability, security, and resource optimization.

• Contributed to the development of the Azure Landing Zone, ensuring alignment with Microsoft best practices for networking, security, and governance, including Terraform modules for automated infrastructure provisioning.
• Administered governance tasks, including managing Azure Policies, Entra ID, RBAC, resource locks, and monitoring to ensure compliance and security, while configuring Azure networking resources (VNets, NSGs, private endpoints, DNS).
